Hello, my name is Brian Alex—

This website began as a result of my desire to raise the level of awareness and provide information to the manufactured housing community.  We have since developed and added comprehensive buying and selling information plus the improvement of our service provider list. 

As you scroll through the various menus on this site, you will find valuable information to make manufactured housing living easier and safer.  There are excellent tips on buying and selling these homes and a list of professionals to call for repairs.  You will also find information about our sales company, Monarch Homes.

The Monarch Homes Sales force is a team of licensed professionals working together to ensure smooth, worry-free sales transactions in Orange and surrounding counties.  Elizabeth Alex who sells more manufactured homes in this sales area than any other single agent, heads this team.

I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by a really great group of people who, like myself, consider it an honor to serve you and your housing needs.  I personally have been a Christian since 1984 and my goal is to apply Godly principles from my personal life to influence the business world.
